What this site stores
The reader stores reading position, theme, font, and display preferences locally in your browser. This information remains on your device unless you clear it.
Contact information
If you email the author or request purchase access, the information you provide is used only to answer the request, deliver reader access, and keep necessary transaction or support records.
Payments
Payments, when enabled, are processed by Gumroad as the checkout provider and Merchant of Record. This site does not receive or store your full card number. Gumroad may collect identity, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, and transaction information under its own privacy policy.
Sharing and retention
Personal information is not sold. It may be shared only with service providers needed to operate the site, process a purchase, prevent fraud, comply with law, or resolve a support request. Records are retained only as long as reasonably required for those purposes.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information held directly by the author, subject to legal and accounting requirements, by contacting jamescheng@nogodownsme.com.
