Refund Policy

Request period

Please contact us within 14 days of purchase if you were charged twice, cannot access the edition, or the product has a material technical defect.

Digital access

Because the product is delivered digitally, change-of-mind refunds may be declined after substantial access to the paid chapters, where permitted by law. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights.

How to request a refund

Email jamescheng@nogodownsme.com with the purchase email, order or receipt number, date, and a short description of the problem. Do not send card details.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Gumroad and returned through the original payment method. Bank and card processing times are controlled by Gumroad and the buyer's financial institution.
