No completed charge means no order was created
Closing or cancelling Gumroad checkout does not grant access. A failed payment may also leave a temporary card authorization that the issuing bank later releases.
Try safely
Confirm the billing details with the card issuer, disable extensions that interfere with checkout, and retry once. Do not repeat the payment rapidly or attempt to buy through the seller's own account.
Charged but no receipt?
Use Gumroad's purchase lookup or contact Gumroad support. You may also contact the author with the purchase email, date, amount, and receipt or order number. Do not send a full card number, bank account number, password, or one-time code.
